Participant Registration

Thank you for your interest in this year’s IV. Please register here bindingly for the event. You will receive an automatic email from the website if your registration was successful. Within approx. two working days you will receive a registration confirmation including invoice. Your registration is only binding after we have received the participation fees (viewable here). Rules of registration for participants with accepted papers:

We would be very pleased if you present your paper on site in Aachen. If this is really not possible for you, we offer you the possibility to upload a presentation video (information follows). However, you will then not receive a presentation slot, but one in a poster session.

Manuscripts of 6 pages including all references etc. are free of charge. Additional pages are subject to a fee. Manuscripts of up to 10 pages will be charged at €100/extra page. Enter a number between 0 and 4 here, depending on whether and how many extra pages your manuscript has.

Please let us know if you would like to attend the workshop day and if so, which workshop you would prefer to attend. The complete list incl. links can be found here. Please note that the workshop rooms are subject to change due to demand.

Social Program

Please let us know which program points you would like to participate in. Find information on Student Activities here and evening events here. The Student Activities day is fully booked, as of now you can only join the waiting list.

Billing information

Students include bachelor, master and PhD student level. Please upload a photocopy of your student ID if you wish to receive the discount. This document must prove that you are enrolled at the time of the IV (June 2022).
Transfer by invoice = You will receive an invoice by e-mail. Please settle it by bank transfer. As soon as the money has been completely credited to our account, you will receive a payment confirmation and your registration is complete.
Credit card =You will receive a registration confirmation with a payment link. Please use this link to make the payment by credit card. Please note their privacy policy. You will receive an invoice only after you have made the payment.
