There are currently no Covid restrictions in Aachen. Our staff will nevertheless be tested directly before the first assignment and wear a mask if no sufficient distance can be guaranteed and we encourage our participants to do the same. We appeal to all participants to behave responsibly and to visit our event only symptom-free. Please feel free to visit a test station (tests are free of charge) beforehand, here you will find various facilities in Aachen.

In the RWTH facilities, masks are still required if a minimum distance of 1.5m cannot be maintained. Please keep this in mind when attending a workshop at the ika, for example.

At the moment, we are planning a face-to-face event in Aachen, Germany. Of course, we develop a hygiene concept and follow the latest regulations to ensure a safe attendance of the event. In case that the restrictions prohibit the event on-site, the format of our event will be adapted. The experiences of the past year have shown that there are great ways to gather online if necessary.
