In addition to the conference program in workshops, poster sessions and presentations, the demonstration day and an exhibition, IV 2022 also offers various opportunities to exchange ideas and network in a casual atmosphere.
The welcome reception will take place on Monday evening at the Eurogress Aachen. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the exhibition and network with the other participants while enjoying drinks and snacks. Participation in the welcome reception is included in the participant price. You can register for this using the regular registration form.
The banquet of the IV 2022 will be held in the City Hall of Aachen – in the Coronation Hall. The Coronation Hall had a great European significance in the Middle Ages due to the coronation banquets and until today due to the International Charlemagne Prize. Look forward to a three-course buffet in historic surroundings directly on Aachen’s market square. A business outfit is expected here.
